Health Sector
East Tamworth Medical Centre (ETMC)
Client: Formline Group

Location: East Tamworth
This impressive new medical facility in East Tamworth was completed in February 2019. The state-of-the-art building boasts a modern design with 20 consulting rooms for GP’s and specialists, a large waiting room along with pathology, X-Ray, pharmacy, child care centre and a café, all under the one roof. Halpin Plumbing Pty Ltd worked closely with local builder Formline Tamworth during the 18-month construction to complete the super clinic, which is now a drawcard to attract and retain doctors to Tamworth and surrounding towns in our region.
Educational Sector
Farrer Memorial Agricultural High School (FMAHS)

Location: Tamworth
This 10-month build included one new building, an existing building upgrade and extension of the industrial technology facilities. The new technology building includes two specialised technology classrooms, two wood workshops and two metal workshops. The brand new boarding facilities have accommodation to house around 100 students. Work also included adding a new fire hydrant system with tank backup to amenities throughout these buildings.

CH Boutique Hotel Tamworth

Location: Tamworth
This new five-storey building has 34 rooms, including four disabled rooms and two residential penthouses. The hotel now has a total of 64 rooms, making it the third-largest hotel in the city, ideally located in the centre of the CBD. This 14-month build completed in early 2018 included all the hydraulics associated with the building and fit-out of the amenities to the apartments and penthouses.

Boggabri Coal Heavy Vehicle Workshop
Client: National Buildplan Group
Completed: 2013
Location: Boggabri
This was a new build project for Downer Edi. This was a purpose-built heavy vehicle workshop at the Boggabri Coal Mine. We completed the stormwater from the building to the site connection points, water reticulation around the site, underfloor drainage for amenities to the new building. We adhered to site safety requirements and inductions as well as maintaining an MDG15 compliant vehicle amongst our fleet.
Refurbishment
Tamworth City Prestige Motors
Client: Greg Bartlett Constructions
Completed: 2013
Location: Tamworth
This was a refurbishment of an existing building to create a purpose-built area for the Tamworth Prestige Motors Showroom and service centre. We completed the hydraulics on this project including rainwater harvesting, thermostatic mixing valves, water reticulation, stormwater and sewer.
